hOPP: Move outside your comfort zone with a jump into the sea

Innovation doesn’t happen without stepping outside the comfort zone.

Every Friday at 12 noon @Nordre Nøstekai Badeklubb, we practice this by jumping into the sea – all year round, no matter the weather. Nothing can stop us. It’s the same in the world of innovation: we have to navigate through all sorts of challenges to keep growing.

If we give in to fear, we’ll never move forward – whether it's icy water or budget cuts! So, we always find a way to push through and keep going.

As per tradition, we're wrapping up a busy Innovation Week with a final 'innovasjonshOPP'.
